Project Description

This educational project proved Camosy’s ability to construct today’s monumental and complex projects that include a diversity of uses for the building spaces.  The “TARC” as is has been affectionately called, was delivered on schedule and within budget.  As the Construction Manager, Camosy “coordinated the coordinators” to not only successfully deliver an impressive building, but to also effectively partner with all of the members of the building team to help achieve that success.

This state-of-the-art building consists of 156,000 square feet of primarily sports and recreation facilities.  These include:  classrooms; a 40-meter, 16-lane competition swimming pool; a 5,000 square foot fitness center; an indoor baseball practice area; a 200-meter indoor track; climbing wall; racquetball courts; sports medicine center; aerobics area; competition courts for basketball, volleyball and tennis; locker rooms, staff offices, security, and other support facilities.

Midwest Construction magazine listed the TARC among the “TOP 10” Wisconsin construction projects for 2002.
